Standard workflow
The operating procedure, step by step
11) SOURCE (weekly): each founder produces one anchor asset — Dave records a YouTube long-form (prompt-build or insider take); Felipe selects one guide from the 72-guide library to execute. WSP picks the week's strongest founder beat to frame.
22) SCRIPT IN BEATS: outline the long-form/guide as discrete beats (one prompt / one file / one stat / one before-after) so each beat is pre-tagged as a future Short/Reel; HeyGen talking-head intro + screen-record the artifact payoff.
33) PRODUCE VIDEO (slow lane): render the long-form in HeyGen, then slice 3-4 vertical Shorts/Reels (hook in first 1.5s, burned captions in the account's accent color, soft 'full build on the channel' end card). Post the lead Short first to test the hook.
44) PRODUCE STATIC (fast lane): turn the workflow into a LinkedIn doc carousel + IG carousel (slide 1 = benefit hook, middle = steps/prompt, last = CTA), pull the exact prompt into a quote card, and draft the X thread + newsletter section from the transcript.
55) SCHEDULE + SEQUENCE: publish long-form -> same-day LinkedIn insider-take linking it + a native clip -> trickle Shorts/Reels across the week -> drop carousels on LinkedIn + IG mid-week -> X thread -> Stories teasers -> newsletter features the week's video. WSP reshares/frames throughout.
66) REVIEW: weekly compliance pass (no return promises, disclaimer present) + metrics review; feed winning hooks/thumbnails back into the templates and double down on what converts to subs + DM captures.
